个人简介:

郭盛祺,19866月生,天津市人。20157月毕业于南开大学环境科学与工程学院,获得理学博士学位,后于天津理工大学材料科学与工程学院从事博士后研究工作。现任河北工业大学能源与环境工程学院讲师。
